I recently found out about Everythingetsy.com, a place where Etsians can pick up a lot of tips from selling to advertising. On the sidebar of the home page there are links for your clicking enjoyment and one of them is "giveaways". You can go to this page and see all about giveaways going on currently on Etsy, like the business card template giveaway by pixelbypixel.etsy.com.
