A Garage/Rummage Sale for the preservation of First Amendment Rights!

The Plaza Artists here in St. Augustine, Florida are about to file a Federal lawsuit against the City of St. Augustine to challenge City Code 22-6, banning all artists from selling their First Amendment Protected art in all of the Historic Downtown area. There are filing fees, service of process fees and other incidental costs that must be paid at the time of filing, and we are trying to raise around $2,500.00 for those expenses (this amount does NOT include attorneys' fees).
We are asking everyone to please do what you can to help! If you can't donate items, maybe you can donate cash or write a check. We need help just running the event, bringing tables out for the sellers to use, etc. Just come out to support the cause and be a part!
If you can't do that, please come out this upcoming Sunday 8:30 - 4:00 and browse around...you may find a treasure or two for yourself! The sales will make all the difference! Please spread the word about this event and support your community...or just the cause!
